ParlourBD respects intellectual property rights.
All images, logos, videos, descriptions, and other content uploaded to ParlourBD are provided by individual parlour owners or authorized users.
Parlour owners are solely responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and use any content submitted to the platform.
ParlourBD, its company, developers, employees, and affiliates do not claim ownership of any user-uploaded content.
By uploading content, the parlour owner confirms that they own the content, or have obtained proper permission to use it.
If any uploaded content is found to violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or other intellectual property rights, the rights holder may submit a complaint or removal request to ParlourBD.
After reviewing a valid complaint, ParlourBD may remove or restrict access to the reported content. Responsibility for uploaded content remains with the user/parlour owner who submitted it.

Governing law
ParlourBD is primarily operated under the laws of Bangladesh, including the Copyright Act, 2000 (Bangladesh). Users or rights holders in other countries may also have local legal rights. ParlourBD does not waive any lawful copyright enforcement process; we ask that complaints first be sent through our designated channel so we can review and take appropriate action promptly.
