Important Notice: ParlourBD does not provide booking services, does not process customer transactions or appointments, and does not operate any physical salons. All beauty services, appointments, treatments, and financial transactions occur directly between the client and the respective parlour establishment.

2. Listing Accuracy and Independent Verification

While our editorial team conducts reasonable diligence to confirm active phone numbers and physical salon existence, listing information—including service menus, pricing, promotional discounts, and business hours—is submitted and maintained by third-party salon owners. ParlourBD does not warrant that all profile details are complete, infallible, or continually updated. We strongly recommend calling the parlour directly using the verified telephone number before visiting.

3. User Conduct and Review Guidelines

When accessing ParlourBD, searching for salons, or posting reviews, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, genuine feedback based exclusively on personal firsthand service experiences.
• Refrain from posting defamatory, obscene, harassing, fraudulent, or commercially promotional comments.
• Never attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security or authentication measures of the platform.
• Never scrape, harvest, or systematically extract directory data without prior explicit written consent.

4. Parlour Owners and Uploaded Media

Parlour owners creating business profiles represent and warrant that they possess all lawful copyrights, trademarks, licenses, and permissions for all photos, descriptions, and media uploaded to ParlourBD. 5. Third-Party Links and Advertising

ParlourBD displays third-party commercial advertisements, including contextual ads served through Google AdSense and sponsor banners. We do not endorse or assume liability for third-party products, services, claims, or external websites linked from these ads. Your interactions with advertisers are strictly between you and that third party.

6. Disclaimers of Warranties

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
